Eggen is a very traditional Walliser village

Make sure that you take the grass path through Eggen to see the wonderful gardens and garden gnomes.

Don't be fooled into thinking that Eggen is close to Eggerberg station; although it is only about 500m in distance, it is also 200m in height away, on a steep path.
